Company Director
A former editor of Marketing Magazine Singapore and a marketer, Rayana is a trained theatre actor, emcee, and a corporate trainer. She has over 15 years of work experience in theatre, and media & communications, out of which the last 10 were in Singapore and Southeast Asia. During her stint in Southeast Asia, she organized and hosted over 150 business conferences and events, and was a part of DASTAK– Singapore’s only Hindi Theatre Festival as its marketing and artistic director. In 2018, she returned to Mumbai and set up Mobius Strip Productions and Chakravyu Performing Arts.
A CMO Asia Woman Leadership Excellence Award winner, Rayana is passionate about theatre and theatre-based training. She firmly believes that learnings from the theatre are highly relevant and of immense value to any organization and individual.
She brings with her a wealth of creative and managerial expertise into CPA as well as years of experience in Corporate Training facilitation and her work with young people. In the past year alone, she has trained over 350 individuals – top executives from companies such as Indian Oil, GAIL, IFFCO among others and youth alike. She was invited as a Judge by IIT Bombay for its Speaking Arts Event in 2018 and as a guest speaker at numerous conferences across the region.

Glenn Hayden
Associate Director
Glenn has had a 37+ year professional life in the performing arts. A 1986 graduate from the prestigious WA Academy of Performing Arts / Edith Cowan University, he initially worked full time as an actor. By 1996, he had given up acting to focus fully on directing and arts management.
An international award-winning and respected arts leader, Glenn has directed over 60 professional projects and productions commissioned 20+ theatre plays, established several arts organizations including the renowned Blueroom Theatre in Perth WA, was Artistic Director on 3 major arts festivals and Associate Artist with some of Australia’s most innovative companies. From 2004 to 2014 he was Artistic Director and CEO of Urban Myth Theatre Company in South Australia – the company that gave reason to first come to India.
Glenn is passionate about the sustainability of the artist and the discipline of the arts. For the past seven years, he has been in India to work alongside an incredible array of artists and arts organizations to research and forge what has now become Chakravyu Performing Arts. Also, an accomplished Acting trainer and Corporate Theatre trainer, Glenn’s skills and experience are a valuable addition to CPA.
For CPA Glenn has directed A Solitary Choice, Speaking in Tongues and Spring Awakening plus various plays for the Supper Theatre Sessions. MORE
Nikhil Agrawal
Associate Artist
Nikhil has 10 years of experience in theatre and Film making. He completed his graduation in Advertising from Mumbai University and Postgraduate Diploma in Acting & theatre from HCRFTR, Himachal Pradesh.
Nikhil has an eye of a seeker for Art, he likes to study and understand art profoundly.
He has been a part of 30+ plays, which include: Ashad Ka Ek Din, Court Martial, Accidental Death of an Anarchist, Ek Aur Dronacharya, Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Manto’s Kamra no. 9, among others. He has been involved in all aspects of theatre-making from writing, music, design, acting to direction. He has a one-act play named ‘Good or Best’ to his playwright credit. He has written, directed, acted and edited 15+ Short Films.
He has the credit for writing the screenplay and dialogues for short films like Doughnut, Image.jpg, Whirl Mind Etc. He has a one year experience of copywriting and editing for Corporate videos.
Nik directed the 2021 Out of the Boot season and has been both Rayana and Glenn’s Assistant on many workshop groups, including Actor’s Toolbox
