Out of the Boot 2021
2021’s OOTB was an incredible 9 months of creation. The result was a fabulous production, The Cookie Caper, a play we commissioned Lakhinandan (Lakhi) Boruah to write.
Along side Director Nikhil Agrawal and Assistant Director and Producer Rayana Pandey, Lakhi worked with a fabulous group of our young actors in creative development. Nikhil and Rayana trained the young actors and the last stage of the project was the rehearsal and production.

Out of the Boot Film Project. 2020
in 2020 with the advent of the Covid Pandemic, our annual OOTB project moved online and became a film project.
These films are testament of the tenacity and creativity of our youngest members.
Dreams, Boxes, and The Nine are the result of young people working with professional artists online to share their thoughts, celebrations, fears and joys and to experience the process of making film in some very extraordinary circumstances.
Many thanks to the cast and crew and also to the parents of our young people. They assisted enormously throughout the process and in the studio to keep the kids safe.
